Do I really not need an account?
Correct. Checkout is guest-first; an account only exists if you tick the box to keep order history. Everything works without it.
Why is an email required at all?
Because the gift card is a digital code — it has to be delivered somewhere. The email is the delivery address, nothing more.
Is buying with crypto anonymous?
The purchase carries no ID checks on our side. On-chain, crypto is pseudonymous — your privacy depends on the wallet and coin you choose (Monero, for instance, is private by design).
