1. What we collect

As little as a gift card shop can: your order email and the order itself (items, region, amounts, chosen coin, payment status), an optional account (email + hashed password) if you create one, and support tickets you open. Crypto payments are processed by our payment orchestration partner; we never see or store a wallet's private data — only the deposit address and status of your invoice.

2. What we don't collect

No names, no addresses, no phone numbers, no ID documents, no card numbers — we have no use for them. We run no third-party analytics, ads or tracking pixels; every request on this site stays on this domain.

3. Cookies & local storage

One functional session cookie (gs_sess) exists only if you sign in or check out, and never tracks you across sites. Your preferences (country, currency), cart and an anonymous session identifier live in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time. First-party popularity statistics (which cards get seen and clicked) are aggregated and contain no personal data.

4. How long we keep things

Orders are kept as long as needed to honour replacements and accounting, then pruned. Support tickets are deleted once resolved and archived out of the web tier. Accounts persist until you ask for deletion via a support ticket.

5. Who we share with

Nobody, except the minimum required to run the service: our payment orchestration partner (invoice creation and status) and the brand-code suppliers that fulfil your order. We never sell or rent data.

6. Your rights

Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time by opening a ticket on the support page from a completed order, or — for accounts — from the email the account is registered to.

7. Changes

Updates to this policy change the date above; material changes are announced on this page.
