The fine print, kept short
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. What GiftSpend is
GiftSpend (“we”, “us”) sells digital gift card codes for third-party brands. We are an independent reseller: the brands named on this site do not sponsor or endorse GiftSpend, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for making sure buying and redeeming a given gift card is lawful where you live.
3. Orders & payment
All prices are quoted in fiat for display; payment is made exclusively in cryptocurrency at the exchange rate locked when your invoice is created. An order is confirmed once the network confirms your payment for the full invoice amount within the invoice window (~30 minutes). Underpaid, late or wrong-network transfers are not automatically credited — open a ticket from the support page so we can investigate. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; there are no chargebacks.
4. Delivery
Codes are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within one minute of payment confirmation. Your order page shows live status at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you enter.
5. Regions & brand terms
Every gift card is tied to the region and currency shown on its product page and on your order. Codes redeem only on the matching regional store, and their use is governed by the issuing brand's own terms (expiry, outlets, restrictions), which are summarised on each product page but controlled by the brand.
6. Refunds & replacements
If a delivered code turns out to be invalid or already used, report it via a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery, including the exact error shown by the brand. Verified faulty codes are replaced, or the order refunded in the cryptocurrency paid. There is no refund for: correctly delivered working codes, a change of mind, buying the wrong region despite the badge shown at checkout, or losses caused by redeeming on the wrong account.
7. Fair use
We may cancel orders and refuse service in cases of fraud, abuse, automated buying, or attempts to use stolen funds. Rate limits protect the checkout; trying to bypass them is a breach of these terms.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, for brand-side changes to a card's terms, or for delays caused by blockchain congestion.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
10. Contact
All requests go through the support page — ticket replies are sent to your order email.
